I had a surprisingly enjoyable stay at this hotel. the price was incredibly reasonable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms on the 6th floor with a balcony was impressive; it made my stay even more pleasant. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal for shopping, just as mentioned in one of the reviews. Lastly, the breakfast provided was satisfying, with a good variety of options to choose from.
Although there were a few minor issues, overall, everything was satisfactory.

Located on a bustling shopping street, Marcello Hotel offers a cozy room with a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and a variety of lighting solutions. The reception staff, especially Yaseen, were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to provide assistance and information. The breakfast offered a wide range of delicious local dishes, making it a good start to the day.
Some staff members at the front desk showed a lack of professionalism and were rude to certain guests.

The rooms were cozy and had comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, always there to assist us whenever we needed. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of local dishes, giving us a taste of the city's cuisine.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
